Originally designed for a crochet square, this pretty little pattern was first published in the 1800’s as a supplement to the French publication ‘Le magasin des famille’, a Victorian era fashion and household magazine.

Here is a new project I've been working on for a while, a set of easy to follow cross stitch pattern specifically designed for children.
I work part time at a Montessori school, and have tried several different approach to teaching children needlework. The 'instructions' are based on my experiences.
