Easy French apple cake

It's apple season for those of us in the Northern Hemisphere... and here is a nice and simple apple cake recipe that can be whipped up in about 20 mns, and uses only basic ingredients.....

Nice, and moist ! Kids loved it !




French apple cake

-          2 apples – cubed
-          3 eggs
-          120 g natural yoghurt
-          150 g  sugar
-          200 g flour
-          1 tablespoon baking powder
-          1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
-          4 tablespoons oil
-          A pinch salt

- Set oven to 210 degrees.
- Mix all the ingredients together, then add the cubed apples.
- Pour the mixture into a greased and floured pan, then cook for about 35 mns- or till a toothpick insereted into the middle comes out clean.
- Let cool, sprinkle with icing sugar.
