It's the end of August and after a couple weeks of daily rain we were finally able to spent a little time in the garden, cutting the now overgrown grass and enjoying a few moments to do some little craft projects outdoor.

Føyke is hard to photograph as she always rolls on the ground for a tummy rub when I come too close... but this time she stayed still...... |
Almost ripe..... |

I recently discovered the Mollie Makes magazines, the style is a bit retro/bohemian/colorful/modern/British, but there are lot's of fun ideas, and loads of inspiration. |
Every issue has a free gift, so here is my little cherry crochet motif. |
Being a traditionalist, here is my new project- A collection of needlework accessories in blackwork on linen worked in black silk. |
The inspiration comes from an antique pattern sheet.... more details and pattern coming soon..... |
